They’re Back – 2oz Crema

We’ve brought back our popular 2oz crema for the winter. In addition to the Sweet Almond Crema and the Lavender Mint Crema we have just added a Rosemary Mint Crema to our list of scents with more to come soon.

This  intensive care lotion is extra thick and creamy so a tiny bit goes a long way. We’ve added lots of great moisturizing ingredients like shea butter, aloe, grape seed oil, evening primrose oil, and glycerin to help keep your skin looking soft all winter long.  Crema works great for dry cracked skin and would be great as an over night treatment on your hands. It also works great on rough patches like knees, elbows, and heels, or use as a cuticle cream.

Sweet Orange oil is considered to bring calm and peace while it soothes the mind, thereby relieving stress. This soap also contains honey powder which is full of vitamins, and is a natural humectant, which means it has the ability to attract and retain moisture.

This 4 oz bar of soap has the wonderful refreshing aroma of lemons and the sweet undertone of creamy vanilla. This bar of soap is like a sweet treat, it’s scent is reminiscent of a lemon pound cake or lemon cookies. This soap would be great in the shower or make a perfect hand soap for the kitchen or bathroom.

Tuesday Tips – Benefits of Exfoliation

Our skin naturally sheds the top layer of skin on a regular bases.
This can result in a build up dry flakes which can leave your skin looking dull. This dry flaky skin mixed with your body’s own natural oils can cause clogged pores which blocks moisturizers from penetrating into your skin. This makes it impossible to achieve the smooth beautiful skin we all desire; instead you’re left with dry dehydrated skin. One simple addition to your morning routine can turn all this around, exfoliation.

Benefits of exfoliation include:

* Improve the texture of your skin, making it more vibrant.
* Help reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
* Reveal healthier-looking skin below.
* Remove pore-clogging dirt and skin cells shed by your body.
* Help prevent acne outbreaks by keeping skin healthy.
* Allow moisturizers to penetrate your skin more deeply.
* Helps maintain your tan when you exfoliate before applying sunscreen.

Getting Started!

After working in day spas since 2004 as a nail tech and waxing specialist, I decided to start Bonghi Natura in September 2007 after becoming pregnant with my daughter. I decided that developing my own line of spa products would be the perfect way to stay in the industry that I love and be home with my daughter. I’ve been working on new products for a few months, and I am steadily working on getting them listed. I’m also working on selling my initial inventory so I can make room for new ones. In addition to working on the new products I’ve given my whole shop a face lift, new labels, new logo, and new packaging. I also hope to have my new website up and running very soon. I currently sell my products at http://bonghinatura.etsy.com so come by and check it out – I’d love to hear any feedback you have.
